We have been eating here every day for a week. The food is fresh and delicious, with a lot of healthy choices. They use mineral water so it is safe to eat raw vegetables. Every night, there's a bbq on, a good chance to taste the catch of the day. Portions are generous, and the location and ambience are superb. Local staff very friendly. Prices are a bit above the average but totally worth. Just be aware that service is slow so don't go if you are in a rush. It takes time, as every dish is prepared meticulously. Super recommended

We visited Goan Greek Tapas several times. We had barbecue fish and bebinca (lokal dessert), and both were absolutely delicious. Also, they serve best white russian on the beach. The service is great, also the atmosphere is super nice.

Reception

We will be available to receive your calls and emails from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm.

Booking

No bookings can be accepted without a deposit paid through the online booking system.
The deposit amount varies but shall be around 50% of the entire booking total.
The balance of the deposit payment should be paid on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Arrival

If you cancel 28 days or more before your arrival date, you will receive your deposit back minus an administration fee equivalent to one day’s stay at your room rate.
If you cancel 14 days or more before your arrival date, you will receive 50% of your deposit back, not superseding a penalty of an administrative fee equivalent to one day’s stay at your room rate.
If you cancel 14 days or less before your arrival date, your full deposit will be retained by Ciaran’s.

No Show

If you do not turn up and do not advise us of a delay, we will hold your room for 24 hours before letting it to other guests.
You will not receive a refund of your deposit if you fail to turn up without advising us.

Change of Dates

We will do our best to accommodate date changes; however, it is not always possible.
Please try to give us as much notice as possible.
We are generally able to accommodate date changes with 14 days or more notice, except at peak times, e.g., Christmas, Easter, etc.

Cancellation / Early Departure

No refund of the security deposit for cancellation after arrival.
No refunds for early departures either.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is from 12 pm and check-out from 10 am.
An early check-in is subject to availability.

Child Policy

Ages 0 to 6: Infant – Free stay.
Ages 7 to 11: Free stay if not taking an extra bed.
Age 12 and above: Full charges apply.

An extra bed costs Rs.500 + GST per night per person.
